We are a locally owned commercial property management company currently seeking a dedicated and reliable day porter to manage day-to-day building maintenance at our properties located in North Austin. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and provide a welcoming environment for all tenants and visitors.
Hours are from 8-3 pm, or 8-4 pm
Responsibilities:
Check grounds for signs of water leak or sprinkler damage
Remove trash and debris from parking areas
Maintain lobby and entryway floors and appearance
Restrooms: Wipe sinks, wipe all metal, restock paper supplies, sweep floors, clean toilet if needed
Power wash
Minor sprinkler repairs
Sweep or blow off sidewalks daily
Water Plants
Check vacant suites
Minor plumbing
Clean entry doors/ stairs, railings,
Put up elevator pads as needed
Touch up paint as needed
Tree/Bush trimming as needed
Reporting damage or items in need of repair
Clean glass doors and windows
