Processing orders and requests from customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries providing updates, specifications and lead times.
Communicating with customers through out the order process.
Be an active member of the customer service team working out lead times and scheduling issues.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. You will be trained on routing and product specifications which will allow you to build a spec for our products for use by the customer and the manufacturing facility.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Person needs to be energetic, driven, with an attention to details. Must have the ability to multi-task.
Prior experience in customer service of a manufacturing facility a plus, but not mandatory.
