Commercial Janitorial Sales – ATX Facility Solutions

We are a commercial janitorial service provider seeking a Business Development Representative to help grow our business. We are currently looking to build a dynamic sales team and are looking for qualified candidates who are self-motivated, preferably with sales experience in any industry, and are in the state of Texas. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business with the primary focus on selling our professional cleaning services to a diverse customer base in Austin and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business

-Meet established goals for territory development

-Present and sell all janitorial products and services

-Present Daily Recaps of prospects and new business inquires

-Coordinate, prepare for, and participate in marketing events

Requirements:

-Must have experience in sales or supplies and cold calling sales or related experience.

-Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

-Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

-Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

-Proven experience in outside sales, preferably facilities services or any labor-intensive industry

-Must be able to pass a criminal background check

-Must have an assertive personality and documented success with strategic selling

-Must have the ability to persuade and influence others, develop and deliver presentations, and create, compose, and edit written materials

-Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques

-Consistent professional appearance and demeanor

-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web-based document sharing

-Experience with IFMA, APPA, BOMA, IAVM, CoreNet Global, AEE, SMRP, IFPI, or ASHRAE is a plus

-Must be able to sit in a car for long periods of time, lift and carry 50 pounds, reach, bend, and climb stairs

-This outside sales position requires regular travel and a willingness to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
