Our Operations team position Requires:
-You have successful experience operating a team and/or being part of a team of labor employees to achieve consistent and excellent results.
-Your group of employees and/or you have been a part of a successful and hard-working team.
-You've demonstrated success at retaining clients that would normally have canceled services.
-You've demonstrated implementation skills with little direction. You were given a vision and you made it happen with excellence
-You go above and beyond to get ahead.
-Receive customer inquiries and resolve concerns/complaints.
-Visit accounts and establish customer inspection and visitation schedules
-Deliver and organize heavy equipment and boxes.
-Maintain constant communication with employees/management to ensure consistent and satisfactory work.
-As a part of doing what it takes, you're willing to do everything, even cleaning, if needed.
-Create a team-oriented environment where employees can learn and succeed.
COMPENSATION
$35,000 - $42,000 (Depending on experience & communication)

We are looking to grow our team as we are expanding quickly so we are looking to hire almost immediately if the job suits you. We are willing to offer training but do require that you have the will to work, have little experience, and are self-driven.
