Hart Stone Studio & Design is seeking a reliable candidate to join our team.
The Ideal candidate must be willing to learn and adapt to new work environments. Experience is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for accurate stone programming and machine operation
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Read drawings and set up machines in accordance with layouts
- Laser and water jet cutting on multiple machines
- Forklift operation and material handling
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must work well under pressure
- Meets or exceeds tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving
- Must be reliable and have the ability to maintain an acceptable level of attendance
- High safety awareness
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must work well as a team and be able to follow directions
- Understand measurements, fractions, decimals and have basic math knowledge
- Ability to read plans and basic layouts
