1. Cabinet Assembly Worker
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble cabinetry components using various tools (screwdrivers, nail guns, clamps, etc.).
Follow detailed plans and blueprints to ensure precise assembly.
Inspect components for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
Assist in moving and positioning finished cabinets for delivery or installation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cabinet assembly or similar woodworking field preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
2. CNC Operator (Woodworking)
Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and prepare wooden components for cabinetry.
Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software based on design specifications.
Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet precise specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a woodworking or cabinetry setting.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and the ability to read technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to precision.
3. Cabinet Finisher
Job Responsibilities:
Apply stains, paints, and finishes to custom cabinetry following specific customer requirements.
Sand, buff, and polish surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
Mix and match colors to achieve custom finishes as needed.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet aesthetic and quality standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in cabinet finishing or similar woodworking finishing role.
Knowledge of various finishing techniques (e.g., staining, painting, varnishing).
Keen eye for color and detail to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
Ability to work with a variety of hand tools and finishing equipment.
Pay ranges from $16-25/hr or more based on experience.
