## Responsibilities
- Complete small repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Perform sheetrock repairs and painting
- Clean and prepare apartments for new residents
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests
## Requirements
- Experience in property or apartment maintenance
- Proficiency with tools and basic repairs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
