We are Boost Rentals, a leading Airbnb property management company that is expanding into Austin, among other cities, and we are excited to find a great addition to our partnered cleaning teams. At Boost Rentals, we value efficient, thorough, and reliable cleaning services, and we hope that your team will align with our standards. This is a part-time, on-call position based on guest check-outs. However, we are looking for a long-term partner as we expand, with the potential for full-time work in the future.
Here's an overview of how Boost Rentals will work with your cleaning team:
Pricing and Support: We will work with you to assign a competitive price per clean for each property. Additionally, we will support you through scheduling onboarding in line with our planned property launch dates and will send supplies as needed to stock the homes.
Communication and Integration: During the onboarding process, we will communicate heavily with your team to ensure that you are set up for success. Once onboarded, you will integrate with the property calendar, allowing you to schedule your own teams and stay informed of any changes independently.
Reporting and Payments: After each clean, you will fill out a short online form to identify supply needs, maintenance issues, or damages from guests.
Invoicing: At the end of each month, you will send us an invoice for all services rendered for that month. We will then forward those to the owner and they will pay you directly.
