We are opening a new small ALF and are searching for a professional person to help us from the ground up. This person shall also take ownership of the daily operations and report to the owner. The home is Licensed with HHS as a Type A center and is located in a residential street in North Austin. The capacity is 5 residents.
If given the opportunity, could you operate the center and manage a team, while observing standards, client care plans, and client expectations?
Could you help implement procedures to run the center?
Have you dealt with the required HHS documentation? Could you manage HHS visits and maintain licensing standards?
Are you able to form relationships that would result in long-term client satisfaction and long-term staff retention?
How would you ensure residents are being cared for in the way they deserve, observe their progress, and continue to provide social experiences that enhance their experience?
