Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists and other dental professionals to deliver personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal oral hygiene for all patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine dental cleanings and preventive care appointments.
Perform oral health assessments, including screenings for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
Take and develop dental X-rays.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants.
Assist dentists during procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.
