After 25 years in our existing office, we will be moving into a brand new facility this fall!

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and motivted Financial/Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, creating financial arrangements, following up with outstanding insurance claims and unpaid balances, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately to meet desired goals.

- Create win-win financial agreements with patients

- Create and implement an efficient system for collections

- Conduct outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments and coordinate with specialist offices

- Engage with patients in a positive manner

- Market practice services and experience to potential and existing patients

- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their needs are met

Skills

· Computer skills including practice management software

· Familiarity with dental benefits protocols

· Familiarity with ADA codes

· Overall understanding of office philosophy and systems

· Excellent math skills and attention to detail

· Keen understanding of scheduling and financial systems in order to support the practice

· Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor

· Ability to work independently/self-directed

Experience in dentistry is preferred but not required! We will help train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
