Mature Caregiver Needed to Care for Seniors in their Homes

We are a growing non-medical in-home care service agency. We are looking for mature adult caregivers that can work with clients living within a 20 mile range of Zip Code 78628, Sun City. The caregiver should have previous experience with providing clients personal care (grooming, showering, toileting), light housekeeping, organization, laundry. We are looking for mature adult caregivers who is loving, compassionate, patient, and friendly to care and assist in making a difference in the lives of others. You will be part of a team that strives to make life a little easier by providing high-quality services in the comfort of our client’s home.

Job duties may include:
-Companionship
-Homemaker services- Escort to meals, Light housekeeping, Laundry, etc.
-Medication reminders
-Personal Care- showering, dressing, toileting, mobility(caregivers with previous experience)
Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
-Being a caring empathetic, compassionate and reliable individual
-Enjoy working with the senior population
-Ability to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan
-Ability to move, bend, stretch and lift (up to 15 pounds)
-Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
-Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by LW
-Experience in the field or with family members
-Have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
-Willing to travel at least 15 miles for assignment
Job benefits:
- Starting at $15-17/hour
-Flexible schedule (Must work Two weekend a month)
- Shifts are 10a-7p, 10a-2p, 6a-2p, 6a-7p.
