If you want to do just side job, you don't need to speak much English.
If you want to be sushi chef, we can train you if needed. Since you may need to take orders from customers, a bit of fluency in English is needed for this job.
If you have experience making sushi at similar establishment:
You will be paid $16/hr. After 6 months, $0.50 raise and your pay will be $17/hr after an year.
If you need training:
You will need to do side jobs and your pay will be $15/hr during that time.
Then, we may train you to make sushi and your pay will be $16/hr. 6 months after that, you will get a $0.50 increase as well.
During probationary period, your pay will be $13/hr. This can last upto 2 weeks.
