Conduct Inspections: Perform on-site inspections to ensure cleaners deliver high-quality service that meets company standards. Handle Hiring and Termination: Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while managing termination processes when necessary. Provide Worker Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to cleaners to support professional growth and maintain service excellence. Schedule Cleaners and Managers: Organize and manage schedules for cleaners and managerial staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage Billing and Payroll Reports: Oversee client billing and prepare accurate payroll reports to maintain financial accuracy. Facilitate Client and Cleaner Communications: Serve as a liaison for both client inquiries and cleaner updates, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Manage Off-Site Laundry Logistics: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and delivery of off-site laundry services to meet client expectations. Monitor and Adjust Company Budgets: Work within the company’s budget to ensure financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Handle Client Feedback: Address client concerns or suggestions professionally to maintain high satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management, scheduling, or a similar role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills to manage both client and team relationships effectively. Ability to handle sensitive matters, such as hiring, termination, and feedback, with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in budget management and payroll reporting.
