MEAT CARVER
No carving experience required. All required skills will betaught and trained internally. Must work well within a team, able to meet deadlines, dependable, responsible, cost-conscious, self-starter, detail oriented.
Duties/training includes but not limited to meat carving, weighing, pricing and plating, fire management.
SKILLS
High energy individual
Strong multitasking abilities.
Positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
Work well within a team.
Good communication skills.
Cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with guests, staff.
Detail oriented.
Knife skills a plus.
