Lucky Robot is looking for a motivated sushi chef to join our exceptional team, headed by 2016 Ora King Awards finalist Chef Jay Huang.
We are a fish forward restaurant inspired by Nikkei cuisine. This opening provides an opportunity to work with talented chefs in an environment of constant learning. We uphold a commitment to sustainability through cooperation with local farms and conscientious fish sourcing, leading us to be recognized as the only sushi restaurant in Texas partnered with Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. Additionally, Lucky Robot has partnered with the James Beard Smart Catch Program to be an industry leader in sustainable practices.
Our motto is Ichiban Dake: Only The Best! We are seeking a candidate with drive and ambition, someone who thrives in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
2 years' experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
