Nestled in the heart of the Hill Country, Lucky Arrow is more than just a glamping retreat — it's a space where unforgettable events and peaceful getaways come to life. As a Groundsman, you'll play a vital role in making sure the property is beautifully maintained and event-ready at all times.
What You’ll Do:
Set up tables and chairs for weddings, corporate events, and group gatherings according to provided layouts
Remove trash and transport dirty linens to our onsite laundry facility (no room cleaning required)
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of communal areas like the Beer Garden, Courtyard, and Event Center
Keep the property looking sharp — pick up debris, sweep paths, and tidy up outdoor spaces
Skim the pools lightly and ensure hot tubs are topped off and ready for guest use
Set up fire pits and assist with outdoor ambiance and comfort
Work closely with the events and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
Able to lift and move furniture and equipment (tables, chairs, firewood, etc.)
Willing to get their hands dirty and take pride in keeping things clean and organized
Flexibility in scheduling — weekends and evenings are often needed
