Experience in high-volume settings is a definite plus, and you'll have the chance to earn between $150 and $300 per shift while being part of an exciting culinary experience. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Requirements
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
Knowledge of fine dining standards and hospitality best practices.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Must possess valid food handling certification as required by local regulations.
A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is essential.
