Templeton's Tavern is located on Spider Mountain just off lake Buchanon, a nationally famous mountain biking destination, and located inside Container City, a mini resort built out of shipping containers.
Templeton's has a food truck serving the basics: burgers, wings, salads, etc as well as a full bar. Around the property is a pickle ball court, disc golf course, and most importantly a stage where we host live music Friday and Saturday.
While our bar is easily managed and on autopilot, we need someone with kitchen experiecne to handle ordering, scheduling, and quality control while occosasionally supervising a second cook. In addtion, you'll work with our bar manager to maintain the bar/property during operating hours: prebussing, band/event liason, customer needs, opening and closing of facility.
If desired, we are offering free rent to live on site in one of our RV's. other benefits include free food and discounted drinks.
WE ARE ONLY OPEN THURSDAY - SUNDAY, 4-10, 4-10, 12-12, and 12-9. These hours can change based on weather, holidays, and events. There are long periods of slow time and then a few hours of madness. We basically need a chill, stable, manager that enjoys being outdoors, doesn't mind working alone, and prioritizes cleanliness and organization. All sorts of compensation structures are on the table depending on what level of involvment or commitment you are interested in. This is after all, a 5 day/week, 40-hour job at most.
