You will work alongside other top skilled voice and video engineers to manage and engineer video conferencing systems which may include hardware from multiple vendors and running multiple operating systems. The role will oversee the video hardware refresh activities across Schwab campuses, in partnership with senior engineering staff. The individual will demonstrate end user, server, networking, and video hardware skills in Microsoft 365, Cisco Room OS, Microsoft Teams Room OS, and associated management platforms.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage Schwab's video conference room environment, including hardware refreshes
Manage Schwab’s Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex environment
Ensure Schwab’s Office 365 and Microsoft Teams implementations work seamlessly with
existing telepresence rooms and related technologies
Assist in Change Management and deployment
Take responsibility, work hard, learn, and become a key contributor to the success of the
program by ensuring the total quality of Voice and Video services
What you haveRequired :
Must have Schwab Technology Domain experience gained as a Schwab Contractor for at least 18 months
5 + years direct experience in the responsibility of video conferencing hardware installation, configuration, and management.
Knowledge of primary video software including Cisco Room OS, MTR OS, Cisco Webex (all platforms), and Microsoft Teams (all platforms).
Knowledge and experience supporting end users in the relevant systems mentioned above.
Preferred:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of end user technologies including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
Knowledge of Cisco networking environment including relevant certifications.
Demonstrated knowledge of Crestron programming environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a variety of tasks.
