Whether it’s using design thinking techniques to drive ideation and alignment or bringing a paper prototype to your user for a quick experiment, you can identify and implement the right steps towards solving a problem.You have a strong background in interactive and visual design, understanding the importance of creating appealing and intuitive interfaces. You excel in crafting user interfaces that not only meet user needs but also enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise extends to innovative retail strategies where you can seamlessly blend interaction and visual design to create end-to-end experiences that captivate users and align with business objectives.You enjoy working closely with users to ensure that the products you design are effective, efficient, and user-friendly. While you may not primarily identify as a strategist, you have a solid understanding of research standard processes and acknowledge the vital role research plays in informing design decisions. You are adept at using evaluative approaches to continuously improve products iteratively. Your ability to balance user needs with business strategy sets you apart, allowing you to create solutions that not only meet user expectations but also drive business success. Your collaborative approach and dedication to enhancing the user interface make you a valuable asset in delivering exceptional digital experiences.What you'll do

Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create cohesive, best-in-class end-to-end experiences.

Contribute to the architecture of near and long term user experience visions for features and product lines across applicable devices and locales.

Create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, customer journeys, detailed visual mockups and designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies.

Responsibly and effectively advocate for the customer in a corporate environment; fostering a shared understanding of the customer centric intersection between design, technology and business.

Present to business, design, and executive-level leadership and support your design rationale using quantitative data and site metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Design lean, iterative, and development-ready solutions that can scale for the future, but understands the technology constraints of the now.

Think deeply about the user experience balanced with business goals to advise your designs.

Collaborate with the product team (Product Designers, Project Manager, Software Engineers) through the user-centered design process with collaborative workshops for discovery and ideation.

Engage and encourage the product organization about our customers' experiences through powerful story-telling with the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys.

Drive the delivery of design work, raising the bar for team-wide, human-centered approaches.

You'll have

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience

5+ years of professional experience in a graphic, user experience or visual design role, either in-house for an established global brand or at an established agency

Portfolio of work demonstrating ability to create customer experiences across a range of touch-points as well as proficiency in interaction design and visual design with case studies

Even better, you may have

Master’s degree in User Experience /Interaction/Product Design/Visual Design working across a breadth of digital media or a combination of education and equivalent experience

5+ years of UX/UI experience in an Enterprise, ecommerce, or online mobile retail environment

5+ years of experience working with agile software development teams and design software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite

Expert visual design acumen demonstrated through owning a product design end-to-end.

CX Experience including crafting and developing user journeys have an expert understanding of touchpoints across the entire customer journey.

Experience conducting discovery and user validation interviews

Experience crafting full-service consumer and business applications

Ability to create interactive experiences with prototyping software or by hand.

Exposure to paired programming and Agile/Lean methodologies

Understanding of modern front-end technologies and frameworks

Experience designing e-commerce experiences; bonus points in designing for global markets!
