TMS Team Lead

Anew Era TMS & Psychiatric multi-clinic practice is looking for a TMS Team Lead to join our fast-growing company. Anew Era TMS prides itself with its close culture, clinical excellence, while focusing on helping patients sustain their mental health wellness goals and bringing a new sense of hope to those that are suffering.  ResponsibilitiesSuccessful completion of TMS Certification (training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).Treating patients with our TMS system who are suffering from mental illness.Must be flexible and willing to travel to different offices if needed. Ability to work unattended with the patient in the office.Record patient encounter notes in the electronic health record (EHR), including diagnosis, medical history, medications, and treatment plan in the Office Ally system.Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental-health setting required.Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day TMS Technicians operations.Provides leadership, support, and guidance to facility management.Ensures compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis.Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing company visionEnsures and promotes the development through coaching, training, and leadership.Ensures a strong communication process between all managers and staff.Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.Helps create and implement corporate TMS presentation for quarterly meetings.Attend and helps facilitate weekly meetings with the TMS Technicians.Manages and reduces appointment gaps when possible.Reaches out to patients that are not consistent with attending appointments.Directly follows up with current and past patients via Podium.  For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at aneweratms.com
