Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management of daily accounting operations, and assistance with month-end close processes. Additionally, you will support audits and regulatory compliance efforts while maintaining accurate records and documentation.Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements for analysis Manage daily operations within the accounting department Assist in the month-end close processes Support audit processes and regulatory compliance initiatives Maintain accurate records and documentation for future reference Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accounting operations are running smoothly Proactively identify and address any potential financial issues Adhere to all company policies and guidelines related to financial management Continuously work towards improving accounting processes and procedures. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Bank Reconciliations Knowledge of General Ledger management Ability to handle Journal Entries Experience with Month End Close procedures Familiarity with NetSuite software Proficiency in Oracle software Experience with QuickBooks software Knowledge of SAP software Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
