- ServiceNow ITOM Specialist U4 Onsite(Austin) QTY 1 (subcon enabled)
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
- Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, CSDM process.
- Overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.
- Work on Solution Design for new requirements\ Integrations, suggest recommendations and best practices.
- Identify any gaps in existing solutions, suggest and work on improvements.
- Guide\Mentor team members.
- Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified
