Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage diverse projects from conception to completion. These projects will vary in nature, including both internal initiatives and customer-facing assignments. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a self-starter attitude, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.Our projects are not "cookie cutter"; each one is unique and demands a flexible, adaptable project plan. Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each unique project.
Develop and maintain adaptable project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage the lifecycle of projects with a flexible approach to accommodate specific requirements and changes.
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.
Communicate project updates, gather requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Innovation & Automation:
Oversee projects that involve process automation through AI or applications such as APEX.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate automation solutions effectively.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to propose innovative approaches.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Empower team members to take ownership of tasks while providing guidance and support.
Inspire a results-driven culture by "taking the reins" and driving initiatives to success.
Risk & Issue Management:
Anticipate and proactively remediate project issues and escalate those issues to management as required
Resolve project challenges while maintaining momentum and focus.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Development, implementation and enforcement of the Strategic Programs Governance, Charter, project plans & tools
Generate regular updates and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
