Use data to challenge, guide and illuminate our product strategy.

Form cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders

Write strategy documents that clearly communicate supply chain vision to stakeholders and senior leadership

Partner with stakeholders in ATS, AMZL, Sort Center, Fulfillment Center, Finance, and corresponding Tech teams towards defining supply chain and operating models for the new business

Deep dive complex models and analyze trade off decisions to ensure the best outcome for our customers

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of data analysis experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Familiarity with SQL and building queries

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

5+ years of data analysis experience

3+ years of supply chain experience

8+ years of program management experience

Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
