Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
14 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 10 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
6 years of experience in an Enterprise Software/SaaS environment.
Experience building, developing, or leading a team.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the business recognition profession with in-depth understanding of US GAAP, specifically business recognition principles and application within tech.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and projects in cross-functional and high-growth environments.
Proven ability to build/lead high-performing teams, fostering individual growth through coaching and mentorship.
Excellent problem-solving and adaptable skills with a strong work ethic, excels in a fluid environment and navigates ambiguity to drive solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex accounting information to executive management and cross-functional partners.
