Job Title: RecruiterJob DescriptionOur Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter to join our diverse team of industry-leading recruiters. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring teams and play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be on the front line of attracting industry talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform full-lifecycle recruiting and be a strategic partner supporting our business functions. You will own, drive, and deliver projects and initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and HR quality and delivery, partnering with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on all talent acquisition-related activities.Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner by advising hiring teams on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecasts for talent in developing staffing strategies.
Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select the very best talent with a focus on candidate experience, including managing the recruitment process from resume screening to offer closure.
Host successful strategy meetings with hiring teams.
Partner successfully with cross-functional Talent Acquisition Teams, including Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation teams.
Act as a culture ambassador while attracting top industry talent into the organization.
Source and screen applicants to provide a selection of qualified talent to the hiring team and manage candidate experience and regular requisition maintenance.
Continuously interact with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Drive best-in-class recruitment processes to help achieve key staffing metrics, including Time to Fill and Time to Start.
Administer and execute the candidate onboarding process.
Participate in special projects as assigned, such as reviewing and proposing social media strategies, data management and analytics, and branding.
Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Essential Skills
Full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience working directly with stakeholders internally.
Ability to pivot requisitions quickly.
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
Experience recruiting in fintech, tech, finance, or similar companies (agency experience is acceptable, but some corporate experience would be highly advantageous).
Experience recruiting early careers and campus recruiting (interns, recent grads, etc.).
Experience in high-volume recruiting (30-60 requisition load).
Experience recruiting at larger corporations.
Proficiency with SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, job boards, job board analysis, talent analysis, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Passionate about working with Early Careers talent.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters is a plus.
Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, including job boards such as LinkedIn.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful.
Detail-oriented with a proven track record of juggling multiple tasks and meeting various deadlines.
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices.
Prior recruiting experience within the FinTech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs.
Ability to work virtually with global team members.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills.
Work EnvironmentLocated in North Austin, TX. The work environment includes three large corporate buildings. This is a hybrid position, with employees alternating between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three set days a week (determined by leadership/site), typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Travel and after-hours commitment to campus events, Early Careers program events, and/or team events are required 10-15% of the time.
