Program Therapist - Eating Disorder

The Program Therapist provides and oversees treatment services as defined in the daily schedule and assists with supervision and facility management. The combined responsibilities of clinical and administrative supervision/management are key to the success of the treatment facility.ResponsibilitiesEnsures clinical documentation is completed timely throughout the course of treatment and meets clinical quality standards outlined in policies. Completes and responds to documentation requirements and timelines to ensure compliance with the monthly medical record review, per the Medical Record Review Policy. Responsible for maintaining a caseloadResponsible for the case management of the patient record, including assessments, individual treatment plan based on patient’s needs, session notes, discharge plan and clinical discharge summaryFacilitation of process and psychoeducation groupsResponsible for family and social support involvement and documenting in patient recordAttends weekly treatment team and/or clinical meetingsServes as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipates in company trainings, webinars, individual and group supervision, and related meetingsThis is a full time position that will work Monday-Friday 11am-7pm. For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at centerfordiscovery.com.
