Scaled Operations (within Global Operations) manages the human expertise required for the integrity and experience of our community and business. The Scaled Operations Vendor Strategy, Risk and Optimization team is seeking an experienced program manager to handle complex, global initiatives aligned with and driven out of the Scaled Operations organization, and help evolve existing vendor risk, compliance audit and vendor security capabilities. The right candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment but be able to effectively build structure and inculcate the same culture to their team of experienced program managers.Required Skills: Program Manager - Vendor Risk Management (Compliance & Security) Responsibilities:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the contractual agreement and the regulatory landscape impacting Meta and vendor ecosystem risk domains. Remain current with emerging industry trends and regulatory sentiments, as well as understanding the impact of laws and regulations on Meta’s vendor operations.

Recommend and implement changes in standards and/or procedures as needed to drive greater alignment with the Company's RC (Risk & Compliance) strategy and continuous risk management practice maturity.

E2E steering of Meta Global Operations’s 3rd party audits program incl. external provider during annual vendor audits (Partner compliance program)

Support the vendor security program on an ongoing basis and ensure coordinated approach with InfoSec audit approach steered with the team

Draft, monitor, and escalate Management Action Plans for open compliance findings through resolution. Prepare reports for management on the results and performance of the compliance program. Make recommendations to improve processes, lessen risks to the business, and improve future audit results.

Lead the proactive strategy for vendor risks compliance by establishing a unified demand pipeline and actionable roadmap with existing and emerging regulations impacting Scaled Operations

Capacity for approximately 20% international travel

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of strategy, project management, risk, compliance & audit experience in consulting, strategy, vendor operations or equivalent program management experience

Knowledge of risk and control frameworks

Significant Experience in outsourced vendor operations and / or Program management leadership

Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders at various levels across multiple geographic regions

Experience shifting priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control

Effective analytical skills and data orientation with experience in solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights

Effective presentation and visualization to prepare senior leadership decisions

Experience multiplying projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area
