Daily management of outbound and inbound orders to the OCI on site inventories.
Order optimization, and delivery mode selection, to agreed SLA.
Management of, and reporting, on DHL delivery performance.
Co-ordination with Dispatch , CHS and DCO for deliveries and collections from DC’s
Many need unique booking in references and co-ordination between site and DHL for a successful on time delivery.
FCO order management, Quality activities within the Inventory held at DHL. Purges , Serial number checks This is becoming a bigger part of daily activities.
With more use of the T3 network to store critical parts close to the DC’s the set up and control of same – day deliveries to the DC’s. New Project
Set up inbound to DC’s parts flow that reflects the packaging challenges at sites. New project
Implement systematic return of excess “Good parts” from DCs to re-utilize at other sites. New project

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
