Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate based in Austin, Texas. This role involves providing back-office services in a variety of environments, with a focus on reprographics, copy and mail services. You will also support hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, and reception services, among other duties. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Perform tasks in office services primarily in reprographics, mail and intake functions according to established procedures Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work Prioritize workflow and meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and place service calls when needed Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically and maintain professional communication etiquette Exercise good judgement in making independent decisions that align with business needs and policy Adhere to company policies in addition to client site policies Ensure quality assurance on own work and work of others. Requirements Demonstrated experience in customer service and office functions Knowledge of operations, procedures, and policy implementation in an office setting Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing phone support Experience in supervising team members or projects Familiarity with workstation support and troubleshooting Involvement in hiring processes and quality assurance measures Ability to perform receptionist duties and handle scanning documents Understanding of facility management and machinery operation Excellent digital and communication skills Ability to maintain logs and distribute faxes Willingness to work overtime and handle service calls when necessary Proficient in using 'About Time' software for time management Experience in handling paper documents and ensuring their quality Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
