Position Title: Mid-level BI Engineer? (Tableau and strong SQL skills)

Location: Prefer Austin onsite

LOA: 6 months, possible extension to 1 year

Process: 2 round interview – technical screen with hiring manager, and then will bring 2 of his leads in for the next round.

High-level JD would be as follows

Key job responsibilities You will partner with Software Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and Program Managers to design, develop, automate, and innovate analytics solutions. The ideal candidate has strong business judgment, backbone, and collaborates well with product owners to answer key questions. A day in the life

Work with leadership to define and execute the analytics strategy for WFM
Design and develop user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards
Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement KPIs, automated solutions, and data infrastructure improvementLiaison with stakeholders to achieve project objectives, requiring data gathering, problem solving, modeling, and communication of insights and recommendations
Participate in standups, design sessions, maintain Jira health, and create artifacts
Lead and mentor more junior team members
