Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler in Austin, TXCompany: Semi Conductor IndustryRole: Material HandlerShift: 1st and 2ndRate: $17.00hr-$19.00hrJob DescriptionThis position involves the accurate and safe distribution of materials within and outside the facility in a timely and efficient manner. The role entails stocking, managing inventory, and handling of all manufacturing materials. This role requires precise counting and kitting of materials and the ability to follow both written and oral instructions. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, cycle counts, and a clean warehouse. Other responsibilities may include shipping, receiving, packaging, and possibly driving a company truck or forklift. Regular attendance is a crucial requirement for this position.Skills Needed
Material handling of incoming or outgoing parts
Data entry of shipping or receiving parts information into MRP or ERP system
Computer skills
Picking and packaging
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Effective oral and written communication
Accurate and detail-oriented
