Hourly Rate: $77 W2; $89 CTC/1099 Job Description: Perform advanced computer programming and analysis work with TWC to implement the selected vendors Case Management System for TWC users. Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing and resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients. Documents current processes, reviews written specification additions/modifications and creates test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies. Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others. Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of TWC The services of the Worker(s) will include, but are not limited to, the following: Required Skills:
- Java (8 years)
- Web Development (8 years)
- Experience in developing integrated solutions with backend databases (8 years)
- MS SQL and MS SQL stored procedures (8 years)
- Database Design (6 years)
- Informatica (6 years)
- Working knowledge of scripting and batch processing in legacy and current technology (5 years)
- Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and technology, including REST and SOAP Web Services (5 years)
- Executing large scale data conversions (4 years)
- Experience in developing user authentication and authorization (4 years)
- ALM Octane (2 years)
