HR Organizational Change Management Lead

Experis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our team and partner with a Fortune 500 Semiconductor client. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful rollout of new HR technologies. You will be responsible for building a future-proof OCM framework that maximizes user adoption, minimizes resistance, and ensures a smooth transition for employees at all levels.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the client's HR team to understand their business goals and develop a customized OCM strategy aligned with those goals.

Design and implement a comprehensive OCM framework encompassing all aspects of the change initiative, from communication and training to stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.

Conduct user research to create detailed employee personas. Leverage these personas to tailor change management plans and communication strategies to meet the specific needs of different employee groups.

Develop and deliver engaging communication materials (e.g., presentations, email campaigns, FAQs) to keep employees informed and addressed throughout the change process.

Lead the development and execution of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the new HR platforms effectively.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate managers on their role in leading and supporting their teams through the change.

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and address any concerns or roadblocks.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the change management strategy and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as an OCM Lead with a successful track record of driving large-scale change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Proven understanding of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) and the ability to apply them in a practical setting.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change.

Experience working within a global, multicultural, and matrixed environment is a plus.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
