Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesAs the Health Plan Training and Quality Improvement Manager, you'll be the subject matter expert in activities related to process improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement quality improvement plans.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.

Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement.

Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular quality audits and assessments.

Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement processes

Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Collect, analyze and present data in a narrative, statistical and graphic format.

Perform medical record reviews for quality measures as assigned.

Develop corrective actions, improvement strategies in collaboration with medical management leadership staff and monitor outcomes.

Demonstrate the ability to perform complex quality management responsibilities (i.e. facilitator, liaison, educator, data analysis/design/collection/implementation, etc.).

Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.

RequirementsEducation:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional PreferencesAdditional Preferences:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.

2 years of managing health plan, quality improvement or quality assurance activities experience, preferred.

3 years of utilization management and case management experience, preferred.
