SUMMARYFinancial Reporting Specialist is pivotal in providing essential support to both the accounting and sales departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong Excel skills are imperative.Core Competencies & Responsibilities:
Compile, Formulate and Distribute various Executive, Sales and Customer Reports
Rebate Summary Detail & Usage Reports
Customer Sales Compliance Reports
Weekly and Monthly Generic Compliance Reports
Comparison Reports
Monthly Executive KPI Reports
Customer Purchase Reports
Weekly and Semimonthly Trend Reports
Process pricing and contract changes with wholesale partner
Establishing pricing & rebate matrices for new and existing customer renewals
Track new customer sales
Monitor and track sales proposal process
Deliver superior service, by listening to sales and management requests, and strive to find solutions to challenges
Complete other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in financial reporting
Expert Excel skills (v-lookups, formulas, pivot tables, macros, formatting, etc.)
Experience compiling data from multiple sources and creating reports
