We are growing fast, and require talented Finance professionals to help us scale.Amazon Business seeks a Senior Financial Analyst who will work closely with leadership in identifying, creating, and leading innovative solutions and programs toward driving business expansion, acquiring new customers, allocating financial resources, and calculating the return on investment as we grow our Enterprise and SMB business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have high judgement and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will also be responsible for partnering closely with a team of analysts and Business leaders on key deliverables.AB Finance offers a rich learning experience and an opportunity to develop professionally. You will work closely with business partners and get exposure to senior leaders, and become a subject matter expert. We are looking for individuals who can engage business partners to drive results and who welcome the challenge of building structure and supporting high growth in a fledgling organization with senior management visibility.Key job responsibilitiesRecommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitabilityExpertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductionsProven ability to manage competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected eventsWork with the business partners to benchmark and develop metrics, financial reports and standards for performance measurementBasic Qualifications
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
