Visa is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with an exceptional ability to create and execute multi-channel digital media, digital advertising and performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a team player and problem solver that can leverage technology and data to gain insight into customer behavior and use that insight to drive high-performing digital marketing initiatives across various channels. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital media campaigns across the customer lifecycle and journey. The role will sit across the Visa Acceptance Solutions portfolio of products, a digital payments solution. 
 
The Digital Marketing Manager role will support global demand marketing efforts through designing a measurable paid media strategy that defines, reaches and aligns with our customer lifecycle goals (awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty) – and executes against it to ensure we get more of the right eyeballs, more return visits, qualified leads — all at an efficient media cost. This person should have knowledge and experience in paid customer acquisition, retention, upsell and cross-sell, and understand the digital requirements to address these criteria. Applicants should also have in-depth experience in SEM (search engine marketing and paid search), but also proven experience flexing across all digital marketing channels. We’re not looking for someone who has only managed agencies doing the work – we’re looking for someone with hands on knowledge and experience. B2B experience and knowledge within the payments or fintech industry are preferred but not required. Experience in high growth, ecommerce, or growth marketing roles is a plus. Part of an efficient digital media strategy is understanding the different layers of technical optimization — creative, targeting, bidding, journey and more. Our digital media should be bold, relevant, and cut through the noise in today’s world of content and creative inundation. 
 
This role reports to the Digital Media Director for Visa Acceptance Solutions. 
 
This Position Will Be Responsible For 
 Deliver multi-channel digital media campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising and media buying. Drive paid media execution efforts with our media agencies and partners to ensure all aspects align in a timely manner across creative, regionalization. Be the de facto expert and gamechanger in search marketing that stems from 4+ years of in channel experience. Hold media and agency partners accountable to striving for better results through optimization. You have a geeky/analytical side that thrives in A/B testing and enjoys figuring out what works and why. Develop new and innovative growth strategies across media, creative, and technology that bolster efficiency of media dollars. Align closely with demand and performance marketing teams to validate quality lead and contact acquisition. Co-manage the digital media process and timeline. Ensure forecasting, readiness, timeliness, execution and pacing to goal. Measure and deliver action-driven reporting. Can look at data, analyze it, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), draw insights, and take action. Apply a business case approach to clearly communicate the impact of digital marketing efforts, with experience in lobbying for cost-effective, incremental budget. Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, enhance conversion rates, directly influence and optimize landing pages and connect into the greater digital experience. This is a global support role – working with EU, AP, LAC and NA markets.  This is a hybrid position.
