Customer Service Representative

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Austin, Texas. This role involves making outbound calls to providers, requesting their participation in our in-network program, and gathering their information. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry. Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to providers to encourage their participation in our in-network program Collecting and documenting information from providers Ensuring all data collected is accurate and complete Entering data into the system in a timely and efficient manner Handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments as necessary Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word in the completion of tasks Providing exceptional customer service at all times Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls Collaborating with the team to process provider information Adhering to all industry regulations and company policies.
