The Change Management and Training Program Manager within the Data Analytics and Automation team ensures projects to advance our team members’ digital transformation capabilities run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects and works with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of our Global Operations Modernization roadmap.Join us as a Change and Training Consultant on our Change Management team in Austin, Texas to do the best of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveYou will work with our Change Management and Product Management teams to maximize the value of Global Operations’ modernization strategy. This role is global and cross-functional in nature and will develop and drive programs in coordination with Digital Analytics and Automation (DAA) product management teams, HR, Talent Development, and corporate communications to achieve our Global Operations modernization objectives.You will :

Develop and implement forward-looking change management strategies and processes to deliver on Global Operations’ (GO) Modernization strategy

Coach/consult teams on change management; conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and apply our change management methodology to drive adoption of tools and define incentives and role modeling strategies to drive behavior change based on a deep understanding of the business and stakeholders’ perspectives

Lea tool training efforts and processes, including the design and delivery of digital tools training programs and platforms

Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications to drive change

Collaborate closely with counterparts in Data Analytics and Automation, Global Operations, HR, and Talent Development to accelerate process and tool adoption and establish success measures, KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to drive progress and achieve results; support cross-functional governance activities

Senior-level experience (12+ years) in strategy, program & change management, digital solutions, and training development. Possesses a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience or a Master's degree with related experience

Advanced expertise in change management methodologies and program management, especially for new technologies and business process transformations

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, define strategic roadmaps, manage ambiguity, and translate business/customer needs into actionable plans

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skills at a senior level

Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and technical understanding. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage effectively, and articulate business value

Desirable Requirements

Experience with digital transformation efforts, automation, data analytics tools and languages, awareness of industry trends
