The World Largest Search Engine is seeking a Business Program Manager!Duration: 8 monthsPay Range $58-$64/hrWork Location: - Austin, TX (Hybrid), T,W,TH in the office.Project Overview:The Solutions Learning & Enablement team within Trust & Safety is responsible for providing resources to our human reviewers to ensure accurate and efficient content moderation reviews are conducted. We do this by providing policy and guideline training, knowledge base and communications content to our reviewer base.Overall Responsibilities:This position will be focused on providing program management support to various ongoing high priority initiatives, including projects in the UPT and GenAI spaces. As there are multiple moving projects with critical pieces to execute on in H2, this position will play an important role in maintaining organization with the projects and ensuring the working groups have the resources they need to execute.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Provide project management support to the UPT working group to ensure the project is able to move forward and launches on schedule
Provide project management support to Velocity working group to ensure the project has continued directional leadership and isn't delayed on launching the outlined deliverables
Provide project planning and coordination to the UCF Curriculum Managers to ensure the corresponding enablement content is updated inline with the project schedule
Monitor L3/L4 measurement coverage for SOLE, escalate to leads when coverage is below 70%, build remediation plan, if needed
Triage and manage enablement maintenance requests for PubQual and GenAI
