Builds tools to automate reporting and generate insights allowing clients to quickly and accurately see how WFM stores, regions, products and processes are performing. Uses data to influence business and retail decisions across the company. Identifies, develops and executes data analyses to uncover areas of business opportunity.Job Title: Associate Business Analyst: In Store Execution ProgramResponsibilities:
Oversight for the In Store Execution program which supports the calculation and billing of a merchandising program for qualifying suppliers.
Assist with monthly calculations, distribution and review of backup files, and reconciliation of incoming payments.
Aid in quarterly review of qualifying suppliers and distributors.
Work with distributors to process payments and refunds where applicable.
Track supplier agreements and submit contract modification requests to our legal team for review.
Complete monthly collections process for invoices billed directly to suppliers.
Field questions from suppliers as needed.
Represent WFM to internal and external partners as it pertains to job functions.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to use Microsoft Office software at an advanced level. Alteryx experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and acute attention to detail.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in both one-on-one situations and group meetings.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to maintain professional decorum when working with business partners and supplier community.
Desire and ability to learn new applications and processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
