What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal HealthFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.Job Summary

Reports to Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, with high visibility and engagement with the Pharma Finance Director’s and VP's, and Enterprise FP&A teams and Sales/Commercial Leadership.

Works closely with Sales and support teams to monitor and track key financial impact of customer wins, losses, and renewals.

Supports SG&A process for multiple Pharma Organizations in gathering and analyzing data to complete the duties and responsibilities of the financial calendar. Duties also include monthly close, strategic financial planning exercises, forecasting and budgeting support.

Responsibilities

Coordinates key planning and reporting processes (Monthly results reviews, Forecasts, Budget, SFP)

Provides real time updates on class of trade performance, drivers, and recommended actions

Collaborates to create materials for the Finance leaders, including but not limited to CEO, CFO and Board of Directors

Employs a process improvement mindset to deliver efficiencies across work areas

Serves as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets. Ensures strong controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience preferred

BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advanced Degree preferred.

Strong financial and business acumen; familiar with financial systems and various aspects of financial reporting

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Anticipated salary range: $78,500 - $112,100
