Accounting Manager

Description We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team located in Austin, Texas. The role involves managing financial operations within a thriving e-commerce industry, with a specific focus on overseeing financial activities between our company and manufacturing production companies. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes Manage the close of the books and monthly account reconciliations Handle the FP& A work, primarily the forecasting Use accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools effectively Ensure compliance with GAAP ASC 606 and ASC 842 Handle the year-end closings and perform auditing Manage journal entries and bank reconciliations Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks Manage 3 warehouse operations in the US Oversee invoicing for both the wholesale and e-commerce sectors. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Experience in managing comprehensive Accounting Functions Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Auditing processes Experience in managing Month End Close and Year End Closings Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations Experience in Journal Entries Proficiency in using NetSuite software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
