10+ years total work experience with a minimum of 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.Should be playing the role of a Scrum Master currently and hands-on with Scrum principles and techniques.Should have a proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or technology environment.Should have Excellent client facing skills.Will be responsible for providing project management coordination, support, and assistance in all aspects of the project.Will be responsible to manage daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other scrum related activities.Will have to tracks and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress.Will be tasked with helping the product owner establish and enforce sprint priorities and release delivery deadlines.Will have to ensure business objectives are understood and achieved.Must have experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between.Must showcase ability to successfully execute projects in an onshore/offshore resource modelMust have ability to Manage the scope change process and issue identification/resolution with all stakeholders
