Job Title: Site Superintendent

Job Description:

As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in managing various commercial construction projects on-site. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to overseeing technical and administrative aspects, ensuring quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, managing equipment, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical and administrative management for commercial construction projects.

- Oversee project quality control and ensure adherence to specifications.

- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules and delivery requirements.

- Manage equipment utilization, storage, and maintenance.

- Ensure all construction services and assigned jobsite activities are delivered according to contract specifications, within budget, and on schedule.

- Utilize surveying equipment and skills to manage crew assignments and accurately calculate layout locations for various construction elements.

- Proficient in field survey operations, GPS layout, and machine control setup and calibration.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Spanish as a second language.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry as superintendent with a strong background in wet utilities installation.

- Previous experience in managing both residential and commercial construction projects.

- Proficiency in software skills such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, On-Screen Take-Off, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).

- Strong background in survey equipment and math related to surveying.

- Proficient in industry-standard documentation (RFIs, Change Orders, daily logs, cost controls, scopes, contracts, etc.).

- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
