This position is in Leander TX. Vortex Academy has a highly respected private after school program serving Leander, Cedar Park, and the surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced and passionate after school teacher.
Owners are Christian, Conservative, and Trump supporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a church youth group, community organization, sports league, school setting, in either coaching, teaching, or leadership.
Must be at least 25 years-old, have a valid drivers license with good driving record, non-smoker / vapor, and pass background and drug test.
Must possess high standards, be organized, and possess a demonstrated record of effective classroom management (write/carry-out class plans, etc).
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Must be self-driven and well-versed in childcare procedures, governance, and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The awarded candidate will be responsible for operating in accordance with company policy and applicable standards.
- Create and effectively utilize class plans.
- Demonstrate patience, great customer service, and effective communication with parents/children/Vortex Team
