ICG America, a successful online retailer with headquarters in Austin, TX, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic candidate to join our customer service team. This is a full-time position working in a high-energy environment. We’re not looking for people who think customer service is beneath them or just another gig until something better comes along. We’re looking for people who are excited about providing world-class service to our customers every single day and who understand the difference between a career with a great company and just another job.
This is a full-time, M-F, 8am to 5pm position. This position is available in our Westlake (Austin) office. This is NOT a work-from-home position.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum 2 years customer service, retail, office or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with online shopping across multiple devices (computer, phone, etc.)
Experience with MS Office, Email and other common applications
Respect for teamwork combined with the ability to take the initiative in solving problems
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting our customers via online chat and email
Supporting our customer via phone during peak sales periods
Supporting the executive, marketing and corporate sales teams
Compensation/Benefits:
$21 to $24 per hour combined hourly wage and bonuses
Paid overtime opportunities during our peak seasons
Three weeks paid vacation/elective time per year
